Join me each week on Insight Timer. Currently I have regular sessions on Tuesdays at 7:30pm and Thursdays at 2pm Irish time.
Simply listen, or sing along. It is free to attend although you can leave a donation if you feel inspired.
ZOOM
DROP IN SESSION
If you would like some gentle company, and just have energy or time for a short gathering in song you can join me on zoom each Thursday evening for 30mins. I will sing short, mindful, soothing, nurturing and uplifting songs that will bring you a sense of safety and peace. Songs inspired by the nature of our small farm in ireland. You can choose to listen and receive 100% of the time or learn and sing the songs while snuggled up with your favourite beverage. You can say hi and gently connect with the group or remain quiet in your safe space while being held in community.
Drop in on Thursdays from 22nd February at 7pm. Ireland/uk time.
Just a 30 minute session running for 4 weeks. This is by donation of €1 to €10. No commitment necessary.
